I'm Patrick.  Well, Duh.  (Some know me as Trik)

I live in the Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA with my wife and a whole bunch of pets. 

The photo up there is of my favorite place in the world, Hyalite Lake which is near Bozeman, Montana.  I've spent many great days and nights there over the years.  We're at about 8000 ft. in the mountains and although you can't tell, there are bigger peaks around us.  My only regret is the day I finally figured out how to use the panoramic feature on the digital, it was kinda crapy weather-wise. 

 I develop highly specialized software for a living.  I have many geeky hobbies and a few normal ones.

I have an insanely beautiful wife, insanely loyal friends, insanely entertaining pets.  I guess I'm just insane.  So Be It. 

All want for Christmas is more time with my family and friends, more time on the trails and the bike, more time with my animals, less time in the doctor's office, and way more time in the mountains, at the ocean, and the poker table.  Oh, and to escape an IRS audit for the third year in a row.
